Scripting Plugin - timeit module
I would like to time the execution of a layout algorithm to see how long it takes to load a graph. In order to do this, I'm trying to use the timeit module. The problem is that I think I need to import the code containing the runLayout() function into timeit, and I don't know where it's located. Whe...

Show Neighbor Network in Forefront
When I select a node in my graph, it becomes highlighted along with it's neighbors. However, some of the neighboring nodes stay hidden behind other nodes. Without having to redo the layout to prevent overlap, is there a way to make the selected node and its neighbors move to the forefront?

Re: Spreadsheet Import - Suppress Auto ID Column
Thanks for the reply, but I figured out the issue. The node and edge list files I was using were created from a program, and the files apparently were not being recognized as real CSV files by Gephi. When I copied the content of each file over to a text editor and saved the new versions, the import ...

[SOLVED] Spreadsheet Import - Suppress Auto ID Column
I imported a node list from a spreadsheet with the following format: Id;Label;EntityType 31847102;Lu;Person After the data is imported, I see two Id columns, one from the data I imported and another that's automatically created by Gephi. Consequently, when I try to import the edge list, I get the fo...

Spreadsheet Import - Suppress Auto ID Column
I'm trying to import a spreadsheet with my own Id values, but Gephi is creating the Id column with the auto-incrementing number. Consequently, when I try to import my edge list, I don't have recognizable source and target. Anybody know how to suppress the Id column I don't want?
