I've just tried loading a database from NodeXL but when I load it in Gephi, I get this error (see attached picture)

Java.lang.RuntimeException:Java.xml.stream.XMLStreamException: ParseError at [row,col]:[37150,108] Mesage: Character reference "&#

Does anyone know how to fix this?
