Reproduce exact layout (colors, and sizes)
Hello, I have an old .gephi project that I need to reproduce (Exact same color bar, exact same node size). The only thing that will change is the attribute value on the nodes, and therefore their color (but within the color-bar scale). --> At this moment I'm extremely thankful to the reviewer of my ...

Re: [FIXED] Resize for a dynamic attribute
Wow, although this post is quite old I'm quite happy to have found it. The dynamic viz attributes is something very very useful. However I have the same feeling that Clement posted. No dynamic attributes in the gexf file? (Can anybody confirm this?). The problem is that sometimes (many many times, e...

Run Gephi trough the command line
Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to run Gephi trough the command line. Specifically I want to load a .net file and to save it as a .gexf file. Re: Change languaje
To modify the file by hand, this is what should be written:
Code: Select all
# command line switches
default_options="--branding gephi -J-Xms64m -J-Xmx512m -J-Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true -J-Dsun.awt.noerasebackground=true -J-Dnetbeans.indexing.noFileRefresh=true -J-Duser.language=en"

[SOLVED] Change languaje
Hello, Although I know that looks nice and cool that when you download something the software is automatically installed in the languaje of the country in which you are... I really dislike that just for three reasons: 1º the name and the order of the options you are used to, I'm using gephi since ve...

Re: Setting color of hulls ?
It sounds lovely. Today in the lab we were talking about the upcoming release and the things that will possibly include such as the improved time line, exporting to avi, dynamic attributes, etc... Do you have any prediction on when are you going to release it? Best wishes, L.J. PS: instead of saying...

Re: Setting color of hulls ?
An exporting option for hulls would be extremely usefull... but... What happened with those "potatoes" of the version 0.6?? to me they look better than the hulls, just because the line that appear between nodes of the periphery of the hull looks like a link, and that could be confusing once you want...
