Using files that work on other installations, both 'overview' and 'preview' work fine, but the data laboratory is completely blank. It's just gray, as if 0 workstations are open. How do I open this?

I can successfully export to PDF and to PNG, but when I try to export to SVG, I get a file of size 0, which also doesn't open with an SVG viewer. Ubuntu host 11.10, Windows 7 guest on virtualbox. I've never had the flicker problem before. My first thought was Java, and this is also recently updated.

I get this error, too, and none of my edges have target NULL. EDIT, oops sorry, source null.
