same here, I also keep getting the "Gephi file extension" error. It will open anyway but then the saving error occurs from time to time...

interestingly the Zoom Slider works just fine....it's just that it does not work with the mouse wheel/pad

from the number of views it seems quite a few people have that problem (granted, the thread started in 2012). Has any one come up with a solution to the problem?

Same problem here. Since mine is verey small network the size of the network should not be the problem.

Any help is apreciated.

Hi all, a few problems: Opening a Gephi project always makes me nervous because I never know what hapens to my graph after I save it...today all the metric values in one worksheet where gone along with the node labels. The node labels have been replaced by the node ID in the label column, very weird...

Hi, nice. It seems that preview rendering does not work for certain people and it is not clear why this happens. You can try to update your Java, and don't use OpenJDK if you have it installed. Hi, Uhm, unless you run it from the source code, there should be files under .gephi directory. (gephi_version\) directory only appears with version 0.8.1, are you using it? If you can't find any log directory, share the problematic file anyway (you can send it to me by email if it should not be pub...
