Hi Eduwardo,
Thanks for replying.
I tried that algorithm however I found out that my node labels are not getting displayed on the exported web site.
Also any changes in the background color or edge color do not get displayed in the exported web site.
Is there any workaround for it?
Thanks,
Akshay

Visualization in Gigapan
Hi , I want to know if it is possible to export Gephi graphs so that they can be viewed as a Gigapan. An example of Gigapan is @ http://gigapan.com/gigapans/97055/snapshots/257904. Gigapan is a image of some Gigapixels so as to zoom in. To get such a image Gigapan uses a software which stiches multi...

Adding fields in SVG file
Hi, I want to know if we can add extra fields in .svg file which can be exported in Gephi. Currently the .svg file has attributes like co-ordinates of node/edges, color , shape etc. I have some user defined attributes associated with nodes and edges, can I put them into the .svg file which is export...

Re: Clustering nodes based on their color
Hi Clement,
I figured out how to add an attribute , I have attached my .gexf file.
But it is only colouring my nodes.
What I want to do is these nodes should now automatically be reaaranged themselves to form clusters of the same color.
How to do that?
Thanks,
Akshay

Re: Clustering nodes based on their color
Hi Clement, Apologies for not explaining my question clearly and thanks for giving me an idea. Actually, I have coloured the nodes in the .gexf file itself because I want to cluster the graph depending upon the colour of node. So, when I open the .gexf file in Gephi, the graph apears haywired. I wan...

Clustering nodes based on their color
Hi, I am new to Gephi, so I am not able to find how to cluster nodes based on their color. Like red colored nodes would be in one cluster and blue ones in other. Can you tell me how to do that? Also suppose a node belongs to two clusters, so in the graph the position of the node should be in between...
