I'm sure I selected direct selection before clickin on one of the mentioned tools. However I noticed that I cannot select a node with the direct selection tool by clicking as well. If I try to select a node with the shortest path tool (aeroplane symbol) I can select the source node and the heading description changes to "Select a target node". Hi, I've got my data in a GML-File. Edges in it are defined like this: edge [ source 34371 target 14207 weight 32 ] Edges are undirected. However if I open the GML all weights are set to one (1). Is this the intended behaviour or am I doing something wrong? I am using Gephi 0.7 beta on a Windows mac...
