Hi Holger, thanks for the reply. I tried closing the neo4j server, then importing the two dbs again but it's the same issue unfortunately.

In your modules section there can be only one module that other modules do not depend on. Also try to use gephi-plugins instead, not sure if the bootcamp is completely updated.

You might try giving each of your edges its own unique id (in a column with "Id" as the header) before importing. I suspect this will fix it.
