I am working on Mac OSX (Snow Leopard and Lion have the same problem):
I created a nice gephi project, and ran some stats. These stats are displayed in the edges table and the node table (depending on the stat). I can choose "export table" if I have the edge tab selected, and a dialogue asking which fields I want to export appears, I accept the default choices, and a second dialogue appears asking where I want to save the table and what I want to call it. I choose something and save. All well and good.
Now, I try to do the same thing with the node table. The first dialogue comes up, asking me which fields I want to export, I accept the default choices, and that's it....NO second dialogue, nothing exported.....silently fails....
Am I missing something? Thanks for a beautiful project!

Re: trouble exporting node table
Uhm, that must be a bug.
Do you get any exception on the bottom right part of gephi?
Also please check the gephi log file as explained here http://wiki.gephi.org/index.php/HowTo_report_a_bug

Re: trouble exporting node table
Thanks Eduardo,
I recently noticed a little Java Null pointer exception compliant in the lower right corner and dismissed it.
Then I read your post and tried to export the nodes table again...this time, it offered to let me name and save the file.
I'm thinking now there is some interaction between these 2 phenomena? Thanks for making me more aware...I'll email again if I learn more now that you have provided this insight! Thankyou.
