Comparing Multiple Graphs Simultaneously

Post by mchen15 » 13 Feb 2012 23:18

Hi Everyone,

I have a couple of gexf graphs and I am interested to do some side-by-side comparison. I was wondering if there's a way of opening multiple instances of gephi in order to achieve this since using workspace would require switching back and forth. Or perhaps, is there another way of doing side-by-side comparison?

Thanks a bunch!

Best,
Mike

We don't support comparaison for the moment but it's something that comes back ans we should think about the best way to do this. One idea would be to create a new perspective for multi-workspace work. We would make sure all graphs are at the same scale and open several rendering windows side by side. At this point we would be interested by any literature talking about graph comparaisons and graph differences.
